This Muscle Burning Class will have you feel muscles you didn’t even know existed.  Using classic cardio step movements with light hand-held weights, resistance bands, ballet barres and your own pulsing isolations, we will make your muscles work and stretch you out to make them long and lean.  Kayla brings the burn every week- you won’t want to miss it.
